RETURNS POLICY
Please send all refund/return enquiries to hello@mondaysilks.com

• If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

• All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging unused, altered or washed and all tags attached and in good condition.

• If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different colour, that's no problem. To be eligible, your item must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we will not be responsible for lost goods. The goods must be unused, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging. We will charge a freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.

Please note on Australian refunds that the international exchange rate at the time may altered your refund amount. This is out of our control and we will only refund the full amount we received in NZ dollars


• ALL SALE ORDERS ARE FINAL. We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges returns or refunds on sale purchases to please choose carefully.

• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) is returned not in the condition it was sent.
